EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to love what you purchase, but if something isn’t right do let us know.
In the unlikely event that something you ordered from Klum.in is damaged or defective, or if product delivered is different from what you had expected in size or style, you may return the product as we offer free returns. Please ensure the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it with original invoice, and preferably in its original packaging and price tags. We accept returns of the product within 15 days from the date on which your order was delivered. Please contact us on +91 8330040115 to assist you on the same.
A refund is offered only on merchandise sold at maximum retail price, without any discount. Merchandise bought on discount is considered as final sale, and hence is not eligible for refund or exchange.
In special cases, a refund is provided irrespective of the discount when:
The order is cancelled prior to dispatch due to unavailability.
The product is returned due to a quality defect or damage during transit. The refund amount is credited to your initial payment account within 7 working days. In the case of a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, you are required to provide your account details to process the refund.
An online credit coupon is a digital credit note which you can avail in lieu of merchandise return or exchange on www.klum.in. This coupon is valid for 90 days on a single purchase. Please apply this coupon at checkout to avail the discount. Please note the coupon is applicable on a cart value equal to or higher than the coupon value. Any cart value exceeding the coupon amount will be borne by you.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at +91 8330040115 within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customer.
SIZING
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE
All of Klum's products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect - handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
COLORS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor display of any color will be accurate. Reds and blues tend to run. Please always wash like colours together and dry inside out in the shade. Silks must only be dry cleaned.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting Klum.in, you agree that the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the Kerala High Court, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Klum.in or its affiliates.
DISPUTES
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Klum.in or to products you purchase through Klum.in shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Calicut, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Klum.in intellectual property rights, Klum.in may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court in India or internationally, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act. The arbitrator award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
